Instructions for Oral Presentations

The keynote and plenary speakers will have 25 minutes of presentation, followed by 5 minutes of question and answer (Q&A).

The sponsors will have 10 minutes minutes of presentation, followed by 5 minutes of question and answer (Q&A). 

The presenting authors of the contributed abstracts will have 15 minutes to present their research, followed by 5 minutes of question and answer (Q&A).

Accepted Oral Presentation FormatMicrosoft PowerPoint.

Oral presentations must be submitted on a USB stick at the download point in the auditorium (conference computer) during the breaks before starting their session and before their dedicated time slot.

09:30-10:40 presentations: submitted during registration

11:10-13:00 presentations: submitted during coffee break

15:00-16:50 presentations: submitted during lunch break

Thursday 07/09/2023

09:10-11:00 presentations: submitted at 08:30-09:00

11:10-13:00 presentations: submitted during coffee break

15:00-16:00 presentations: submitted during lunch break

Saturday 09/09/2023

09:10-11:00 presentations: submitted at 08:30-09:00

Instructions for Poster Presentations

The posters must be designed with a maximum size of 841 × 1189 mm (A0 format, portrait). The poster number associated with each presentation (as indicated in the conference programme), will be attached to the poster panel.

 

Poster session 1: display from the morning of Wednesday 6 September 2023 until the end of the poster session 1.

Poster session 2: display from the morning of Thursday 7 September 2023 until the end of the poster session 2.

Poster session 3: display from the morning of Saturday 9 September 2023 until the end of the conference.
